Bill Graves opened the family's first Domino's Pizza in Willmar, Minnesota in 1985. Forty years later, we operate 149 stores across 10 states — and along the way we became developers, landlords, and long-term partners to the brands we host.
Our real estate work grew alongside our restaurants. We learned to structure creative deals with municipalities through TIF, and turn forgotten gas stations into thriving multi-tenant retail. We do this because we have to — and because we genuinely love it.
